Canon GENERIC "PIXMA MP" SERIES RESET CODE

PRINTER PIXMA MP 150

1. With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding the Stop/ Reset button.
2. When the Power LED is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3. When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a service mode. (Waiting for menu selection)
4. When the LED lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the specified number of time(s) according to the function listed in the table below.(Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in. (orange and green, starting with orange.)

1) Enter SERVICE MODE.---
By pressing Menu-Copy-Scan-Copy-Copy
2) Select TEST MODE.
3) Select [8] PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE.
4) Select 3. [EEPROM CLEAR].
5) Select 0. [INK COUNT].
6) Press the [OK] key.
7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.

I followed your provided key sequence and was able to reset the "Check Printer" alarm in my MultiPass F30 printer. It is very close. The only thing is that there is no [OK] key on the F30 printer. I had to press [ON/OFF] key instead. After the waste tank full counter was reset, my printer works normally again.

I also have a MultiPass MP700 printer. I am sure that the key sequence will come in handy someday. Similarly, there is no [OK] key on the MultiPass MP700 printer.

Reset Waste Ink
1) Enter SERVICE MODE.
By pressing Menu Copy Scan Copy Copy
2) Select TEST MODE.
3) Select [8] PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE.
4) Select 3. [EEPROM CLEAR].
5) Select 0. [INK COUNT].
6) Press the [Set] key.
7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.

The reset procedure (for canon MP130/MP110) is:-
Turn on the machine
(1) Press MENU
(2) Press SCAN COPY SCAN to enter service mode
(3) USE > to got to NVRAM ACCESS
(4) set ABS-M LEVEL to 0
(5) set ABS-P LEVEL to 0
(6) Press STOP to EXIT
DONE !

Mpc 400 - the 343 problem solution
Hi there, after a relatively long journey through the net i finally have found the solution ;-) these are the steps for canon mpc 400 error ##343:
1. Go to menu by pressing the > button
2. press [copy] and then #
3. go to 'test mode' by pressing > several times
4. now press 8 then 3 then 0
5. After that press the on/off button, everything should be fine now.




Canon Seri MP700

> Replace all the Ink Absorbers.
> QA4-1012-000
> QA4-1013-000
> QA4-1014-000
> QA4-1015-000
> QA4-1055-000
> Reset the counter to zero.

Prosedur reset counter :

1. Pencet tombol "menu"
2. Pencet tombol "Copy"
3. Pencet tombol "#"
4. Scroll menu sampai muncul tulisan "Test Mode" / menu ke-12
5. Pencet tombol "3" untuk menghapus Eeprom
6. Pencet tombol "0"
7. Pencet tombol "Stop"

Untuk seri mpc190/200

Pixma ip 2000 waste ink counter reset:
Service Mode Operations
1) With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.
2) While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button twice in succession. Now release the power button. The indicator will blink in green and remain lit in green.
3) Select one of the following service mode functions by pressing the resume button the specified number of times.

Waste Ink Counter Reset Manual for Service mode
1. Turn off the printer. And disconnect the printer cable.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, turn on the printer.
3. The indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
4. Press and release the RESUME button , the indicator (L.E.D.) should be orange.
5. Press and release the RESUME button again, the indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
6. Release both buttons.
